Dockside Entertainment is seeking part time workers as youth program and special event staff for their new facility opening in Spring 2024.  Various shifts are available including weekday evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Supervision of youth guests during youth programs such as after school programs and summer programs.
• Assist in planning and organizing youth events and other special events at Dockside Entertainment such as parties and tournaments.
• Assist with customer service staff for guest check-ins and rentals as needed.
• Assist with customer service staff at concession stands as needed.
• Ensure safety of event participants.
• Manage check-in/check out process of youth events and contact parents if necessary.
• Document youth behavior issues as necessary.
• Make youth programs and events a fun and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in youth events, coaching, or childcare preferred but not required.
• Employees will need to be first aide certified.

 Employees will be working in a fast-paced customer service environment located at 807 Highway 2 South Suite 1 in Devils Lake, ND  58301.
