Party Rental Rates

Party Rentals Include

  • Two hour time block is included for party reservation.
  • Use of party room during the two hour time block.
  • 1 hour free reservation of either one multi-sport simulator bay or two bowling lanes (option to add additional bays/lanes if needed).
  • Free indoor playground and walking track during the two hour block.
  • Renter is able to bring outside food and drinks but must remain in the party room.
  • Food and beverages can also be purchased through Dockside Concessions.
  • Add the second party room to an existing party for $50 (does not include additional bowling or simulator reservations).

Party Rental Terms

  • Reservations will be temporarily held without payment up to 7 days prior to the date of reservation.  If payment and contract is not submitted prior to 7 days, the party reservation will be released.
  • 7 day cancellation required for full refund, sooner than 7 days no refund will be given unless approved by management.
  • Each party rental is for a two-hour time block.  The renter will have a 15-minute grace period to pick up and leave the party room area to make sure the set up can be complete for the next party.
  • Rental party time starts at the time of agreed rental time, if renter arrives late their time for their two-hour rental will not be extended and will end at agreed time.
  • The maximum number of guests for each party room is 30.
  • Tables and chairs are provided by Dockside Entertainment.
  • Party renters can bring table coverings, decorations.
  • Decorations can only be displayed on the party room door or inside the party room.
  • Decorations cannot be attached to the wall.
  • Renter is responsible for taking down their own decoration within the 15-minute grace period of party rental.
  •  An additional cleaning fee of $50 may be charged if the room is not cleaned or left in an unfavorable state.
  • The renter can bring outside food/drinks/cake but all outside food and drink must remain in the rented party room.
  • The renter is responsible for bringing any items needed for food (plates, napkins, silverware, etc.)
